When integrating the Rewaa platform with e-commerce platforms such as Salla, Zid, you need to add and link products on both platforms to ensure seamless order processing without errors related to product mapping or stock quantities.
To simplify this process, Rewaa offers a Product Publishing feature, allowing you to create and link products directly with your e-commerce platform while matching inventory quantities. This saves time and effort by avoiding the need to input product details separately for each platform.

ℹ️ For pack products, they will appear as simple products on the e-commerce platform. Any sales of these products, whether by item or pack, will adjust inventory quantities in Rewaa.

Steps to Publish Products
Access Product List:
Go to Products & Inventory > Products.
Select Products:
Check the box (✔) next to the products you want to publish, then click Actions > Publish Products.
Choose Platform (if applicable):
If connected to multiple platforms, a window will prompt you to select the target platform. Check the box (✔) for the desired platform and click Publish Products.
Publishing Phases
Product Publishing:
The system begins publishing products to the external platform, and the process may take a few minutes depending on the number of products selected. You’ll receive a notification when the publishing process is complete.
ℹ️ Products with negative quantities in Rewaa will be published to the e-commerce platform with a quantity of zero.
Completion Confirmation:
A green notification confirms successful publishing, and you can now process orders and invoices for those products. For more details click here.
Error Handling:
If errors occur, a yellow notification will appear with the option to View Details.
Error types and reasons will be displayed under the product name.
