Rewaa allows seamless integration with the Zid platform to manage your branches and synchronize inventory across multiple sales channels. This reduces errors, particularly those caused by stock depletion. Rewaa supports integration with prominent e-commerce platforms such as Salla and Zid. Below is a detailed guide to setting up and integrating with the Zid platform.
Prerequisites for Integration
You must have an active Zid store that hasn’t been previously linked with Rewaa.
Integration is limited to one selected branch on Rewaa, where inventory quantities will be synchronized with the Zid store.

⚠️ Ensure the following before integration if your products already exist on Zid:
Ensure SKU Alignment:
The SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for products on both platforms must match. Any mismatch can cause synchronization issues.
Verify Pricing:
Ensure product prices are available in your Zid store.
Ensure cost prices are available in your Rewaa account.
Variants:
For products with variants, ensure each variant has a matching SKU on both platforms (e.g., a product with color options: red, blue, and green must have matching SKUs for each color on both platforms).
⚠️ Rewaa supports transactions only in SAR (Saudi Riyals). Orders in other currencies will not be converted. For example, If you receive an order from another e-commerce platform for 6 KWD, it will be imported into Rewaa as 6 SAR without currency conversion.
ℹ️ Choose Low-Traffic Times:
Schedule the integration process during times with minimal order activity on Zid (e.g., early mornings) to ensure accurate synchronization.
Integration Steps
Step 1: Align Tax Settings
On Rewaa:
Go to Settings > Configuration > Sell Tax Status. Set the tax status based on your business requirements.
On Zid:
Navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > Tax Settings.
Ensure the settings match those on Rewaa.
Add your tax number on Zid to activate tax features.
ℹ️ Shipping fees and tax from Zid will reflect on Rewaa upon receiving orders.
ℹ️ Shipping fees are reflected as sales in Rewaa and can be manually added as an expense.
Step 2: Install the Zid Application
Navigate to Applications > Available Apps > Zid > Install.
Click Connect Zid account.
Enter your Zid account email and click Next.
A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code and click Verify.
Click Open Application.
Select the location to synchronize with Zid and click Next.
Confirm the integration by clicking Link and Install.
ℹ️ When you click "Integrate and Install," product quantities from Rewaa will sync directly to your e-commerce platform for items with matching SKUs on both platforms.
Step 3: Product Synchronization
Products with matching SKUs on both platforms will automatically synchronize.
Allow a few minutes for synchronization, depending on the number of products.
After completing the integration, your e-commerce store orders will start appearing in the Orders list. You can view and manage them by going to: Sales & Customers > E-commerce Orders.
ℹ️ Only orders placed after the Rewaa and Zid integration will sync. Previous orders made before the integration will not be synchronized.
Product Management
To manage linked products:
Go to Applications > My Apps > Zid > Products Management .
Verify product statuses:
Linked: Products with matching SKUs are successfully linked.
Unlinked: SKUs exist on both platforms but aren’t linked. Click Link to synchronize quantities.
Not Found: The SKU is missing on Rewaa. Add the product to Rewaa, and it will appear as Unlinked. You can then link it.
