What bundles do
A bundle SKU represents multiple component SKUs sold together. When mapped, each bundle sale is counted as a sale of its components in history, forecast, and reorder logic.
Add a new bundle
Go to Bundles.
Click + Add Bundle (top right) and select the SKU that is sold as a bundle.
The bundle now appears in the Bundles list.
Add components to a bundle
In Bundles, find the bundle → Edit.
Click + Add component.
Search/select each sub-SKU and enter the units per bundle.
Repeat for all components.
Save.
Edit or update components
Open the bundle → Edit: change quantities, add/remove components, or correct mistakes. Save to reapply mapping going forward. Historical sales re-attribution timing depends on your data refresh; contact us if you need a backfill.
Mark bundles in Products (quick flag)
In Products, select SKUs → More → Mark as Bundle. This flags them; you still need to open the Bundles page to define component breakdowns.
Onboarding shortcut
During the Bundles step in onboarding: choose a bundle → Edit → + Add Component for all parts. Skip if components are never replenished separately.
Forecast & reorder impact
Mapped bundles push demand down to each component, improving forecast accuracy and ensuring component SKUs appear in Reorder lists and POs when needed.
Troubleshooting
Component demand missing? Check that the bundle mapping was saved.
Wrong quantities? Edit the bundle and adjust units per component.
Massive catalog? Send us a CSV (bundle SKU, component SKU, qty) via in-app chat or at info@getrewize.com; we’ll import.
Tips
• Map high-volume bundles first, they move the forecast needle most.
• Revisit mappings after product kit changes.
• If components aren’t reordered (e.g., pure marketing kits), you can skip mapping to reduce noise.
