Can I use multiple discount codes?
No — only one discount code can be applied per order. Our checkout system accepts a single code at a time, so if you have multiple codes, use the one that gives you the best deal.
Can I combine a discount code with a gift card?
Yes! Discount codes and gift cards work separately. You can apply one discount code and a gift card on the same order. The discount is applied first, and the gift card covers part or all of the remaining balance.
Automatic discounts
Some promotions apply automatically at checkout (like free shipping or bundle deals). These do work alongside a discount code — you don't need to choose between them.
My discount code isn't working
If your code isn't applying, check the following:
The code hasn't expired
Your order meets any minimum spend requirement
The code applies to the products in your cart (some codes are product- or collection-specific)
The code hasn't already been used (some are single-use)
No extra spaces before or after the code when pasting
💡 Tip: Discount codes can't be applied to items already on sale or marked as "Final Sale" unless the code specifically allows it.
