Football cleats use standard shoe sizing, but sizing varies slightly between brands. Here's how to measure your foot and find the right size for the cleats we carry.
How to Measure Your Foot
Place your foot on a sheet of paper against a wall, heel touching the wall.
Mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper.
Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimetres.
Repeat for both feet and use the larger measurement.
Tip: The CM measurement is your foot length, not the size printed on a shoe box. Use it to find your correct size in the charts below.

Nike and Under Armour are very close in sizing — if you're a US 10 in one, you'll almost always be a US 10 in the other. Adidas runs slightly different in CM per size, so always check the Adidas chart separately rather than assuming your Nike size will match.
Between Sizes or Wide Feet?
If you're between two sizes, go ½ US size up.
If you have wide feet, also go ½ size up — most football cleats don't come in wide widths.
If you wear thick game socks, many players prefer ½ size up for comfort.
For a tight, performance fit (receivers, DBs), go true to size.
Does the Cleat Type Affect Sizing?
No — molded (FG), detachable (SG), and turf (TF) versions of the same model use the same size chart. The stud configuration doesn't change the fit of the shoe itself.
