Updating your account information
You can update most of your account details directly from your account page on our website.
How to update your details
Go to reyrr.com and log in to your account.
Click your account icon in the top right corner.
Select Account details or Addresses, depending on what you want to change.
Make your changes and save.
What you can change
Name. Update your first and last name.
Email address. Change the email associated with your account.
Password. Reset or change your password.
Default shipping address. Add, edit, or remove saved addresses.
Changing the address on an existing order
If you've already placed an order and need to change the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's been handed to the carrier, address changes are no longer possible.
Can't log in?
If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. You'll receive a reset link by email. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us at info@reyrr.se and we'll help you get back in.
