Yes, but timing matters. Once you place your order, we start processing it quickly so it ships as fast as possible.
If your order hasn't shipped yet
We can help with changes or cancellations β just send us an email at info@reyrr.se with the following details:
Your order number (e.g. #9919)
What you'd like to change (size, color, cancel, address, etc.)
We'll get back to you as quickly as possible. Here's what we can usually help with:
Cancellations β We can cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Size or color changes β We may be able to swap for a different size or color, subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll let you know your options: wait for restock, choose a different item, or cancel.
Address changes β We can update the shipping address before the label is created.
π‘ Tip: If you just placed your order, email us within the first hour for the best chance of catching it before processing. Orders placed during sales or peak periods may be processed faster than usual.
If your order has already shipped
We can no longer cancel or modify it. You can refuse delivery or return it once it arrives. See our Returns section for how that works.
How to check your order status
Log in to your account at reyrr.se and check your order status. If it still says "Processing," there's a good chance we can help.
