Deleting your account
If you'd like to delete your Reyrr Athletics account, we'll take care of it for you. Here's how it works.
How to request deletion
Send us a message through the chat widget on our website, or email us at info@reyrr.se with the subject line "Delete my account." Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate it.
What happens when your account is deleted
Your account login and saved details (name, address, preferences) are permanently removed.
Your order history is anonymized. We retain order records for accounting and legal purposes, but they will no longer be linked to your personal information.
Any active subscriptions or saved payment methods are cancelled.
You'll be unsubscribed from all marketing communications.
Your rights under GDPR
As a European customer, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process deletion requests within 30 days. If you'd like a copy of the data we hold on you before deletion, let us know and we'll provide it.
Can I reopen a deleted account?
Once an account is deleted, it can't be recovered. You're welcome to create a new account at any time, but your previous order history and preferences won't carry over.
