Users who have already participated in a previous school fundraiser on Read for My School must completely log out of the app and sign up again. This means if you are trying to log in or have the app installed on your phone, we will redirect you to insert your new invite code and create a new reader profile to support your fundraiser.
If you are not redirected to sign up with your new invite code and still experiencing issues, please make sure you completely log out of the app before signing up to your new fundraiser. To do this, please go to your SETTINGS page, scroll down and at the bottom of the page, click LOGOUT. Once you've successfully logged out of the app, you will be taken to the RFMS app welcome screen. From there, click the SIGN-UP button, insert your new invite code, and start the process of registering for your new fundraiser.
IMPORTANT: Even though you have an account from your previous fundraiser and trying to login into your account, we request that you SIGN UP and create a NEW reader profile for your new fundraiser. This means you will need to insert your new invite code so ask your administrator if you don't have it available.

Google Play Android mobile app customers:
If you currently have our Android app from Google Play installed on your mobile device, please update your Android app version from Google Play to 1.17 version.
Apple iOS mobile app customers:
If you currently have our Apple iOS app, please log out or reinstall the app from the Apple app store. Once you launch the app, on the welcome screen, please select SIGN UP and insert your new invite code to start creating your new profile.
Once you've followed the steps outlined above, you can register for your Read for My School fundraiser and create a new reader profile. You will be requested to insert your new 5-digit invite code and set up your new reader profile.
IMPORTANT: If you've forgotten your password, please go to the RESET PASSWORD page from the login page and insert your account email address. We will send you a reset password link to get you back on track.
I'm a parent of 3 kids and want to register all my kiddos under one account - If you are a parent wanting to sign up multiple reader profiles under one account, you should register one child THEN within the app, add the additional reader profiles.
