3. Financial Settlement

3.1 Deposit Refund

Your deposit will be refunded by To Be At within 14 days after the end of the tenancy, provided that no repair, cleaning, or other charges apply.

If repair, cleaning, or other charges need to be settled, your deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the tenancy.

The refund takes place after:

  • Your rental agreement has officially ended

  • The final inspection has been completed and approved

  • Any outstanding charges have been settled or offset

The refund will be transferred to the bank account registered with us.


3.2 Final Rent Payment

Your final rent is charged as usual up to the end date of your contract.

If your direct debit does not go through, you may transfer the rent manually to:
