3.1 How to Submit a Request in the App

Whenever you need help — technical issues, administrative questions, general inquiries — submit a Request via:

My Space → Requests

This is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.

A short survey may appear afterward; your feedback helps us improve our service.


3.2 Understanding Your Rent & Payments

Rent is collected via direct debit around the 1st of the month, unless you have manually set up bank transfers.

If your direct debit fails, we will attempt to collect the amount twice. If it still fails, you may transfer the rent manually to:

Include your address and full name as the payment reference.

To ensure a pleasant living environment for everyone, please keep in mind:

  • Keep bicycles in designated areas only

  • Do not store items in hallways or common areas

  • Dispose of household waste in the correct containers

  • Be considerate of neighbours when hosting guests
