Submitting Toolbox Talk (TBT) forms through the Rhumbix mobile app helps your team stay informed, engaged, and safe on the jobsite. This simple, intuitive process documents essential safety discussions and attendance records clearly and efficiently.

*Prior to creating a form, ensure access has been set up by a PM, Payroll Admin, or Admin role team member under Company Settings > Field Forms. For detailed instructions, refer to our Managing Toolbox Talk Forms help article.

Getting Started with Your Tool Box Talk (TBT) Form

Begin by logging into your Rhumbix mobile app. Navigate to the forms section and tap the NEW button to create your form. Having a fresh form ready helps streamline the safety conversation and ensures details are accurately captured.

πŸ“‚ Selecting Your TBT Form

Select the relevant project and locate your specific TBT form. Forms may be organized into nested folders, making it easier to find exactly what you need. Familiarize yourself with these folders in advance to save time on-site.

πŸ“ Engaging Your Team in Safety Discussions

Kick off your TBT session by holding an interactive safety discussion with your team. Open the "How Can We Stay Safe Today?" section to document essential points discussed. Use the voice-to-text feature to quickly capture detailed notes.

Enhance your TBT form by attaching relevant photos or documents that illustrate safety measures or hazards clearly.

πŸ‘· Recording Attendance

Accurate attendance records are crucial for demonstrating compliance and accountability. Use the Add Labor button to record team members who participated. You can add attendance at any stage during form completion, providing flexibility to your workflow.

Team members can be imported directly from an existing timecard to streamline attendance management and ensure accurate records.

✍️ Collecting Signatures from Your Team

Each crew member must acknowledge their understanding by signing the form. Navigate to the Labor section and select Detail. Pass your device around, allowing each individual to sign digitally, either by typing or drawing their signature.

βœ… Supervisor Signature & Completing the Form

After your team has signed, finalize the process by adding your supervisor signature.

You have the option to save the form as a draft for later edits or mark it as completed for immediate submission. Finalizing promptly ensures your safety documentation stays current and compliant.

Your completed TBT form effectively captures your team's proactive approach to safety.
