Rhumbix is now part of Autodesk. As part of this transition, Rhumbix users will begin signing in using Autodesk credentials.
Your Rhumbix experience and existing company access will remain the same. Only the way you verify your identity and sign in is changing.

📌 Before You Begin
Always use the same email address you currently use to sign in to Rhumbix.
Rhumbix uses that email address to connect your existing Rhumbix access with your Autodesk account. Using a different email address may prevent Rhumbix from locating your company access.
Using a company email address does not automatically mean your company uses Single Sign-On. For this transition, choose the instructions below based on whether you already have an Autodesk account using the same email address you use for Rhumbix.
🔐 Why Am I Signing In Through Autodesk?
Autodesk is now being used to verify your identity when you sign in to Rhumbix.
Creating or using an Autodesk account for Rhumbix:
Does not create a new Rhumbix account
Does not change your Rhumbix company or project access
Does not automatically give you access to other Autodesk products
Does not require you to purchase an additional Autodesk subscription
After Autodesk verifies your identity, you will be returned to Rhumbix.

I already have an Autodesk account
If you already have an Autodesk account using the same email address you use for Rhumbix, sign in with your existing Autodesk credentials.

I do not have an Autodesk account
If you do not already have an Autodesk account using the email address you use for Rhumbix, you will be guided through creating one during the sign-in process.

I already have an Autodesk account, but it's under a different email address
If your Autodesk account uses a different email address than the one you use to sign in to Rhumbix, you'll need to either create a new Autodesk account or update your existing Autodesk account so the email addresses match.
The email address you use to sign in to Rhumbix (your Rhumbix username) must match the email address on your Autodesk account.

I forgot my Autodesk password
You can reset your Autodesk password from the Autodesk sign-in page.

I signed in, but I cannot access my Rhumbix company
This usually means the Autodesk email address you used does not match the email address connected to your Rhumbix account.

💡 What Happens After You Enter Your Email?
After you enter your Rhumbix email address, the system checks whether a matching Autodesk account exists.
Depending on your account, you may be asked to:
Enter an existing Autodesk password
Create an Autodesk account using your Rhumbix email address
Complete additional verification requested by Autodesk
Once your identity is verified, select Sign in with Autodesk to continue into Rhumbix.
