When first logging into the Rhumbix Mobile App, you will automatically be taken to the Time Card Setup page. It is here the user selects project(s), worker(s), cost code(s), start time, and end time for their time card.
*You can also create a new time card through the Time View tab.
How to Create a Time Card
Projects
1. To select from your list of projects, click Select Project(s) at the top of the page. Projects are sorted by Recently Selected first, then alphabetically. You can also search by project name or number.
*You can select multiple projects for a single time card.
**If you don’t see your project(s), please get in touch with your Admin to ensure you’ve been added to the project(s).
2. Add the project(s) to your time card by clicking the “+” button. The green check mark confirms it has been added.
3. Click SAVE.
*Users can also manage projects in offline mode.
Employees
1. You won’t be able to select employees until you have selected a project. To choose from your list of employees, click Select Worker(s). The time card owner will be selected by default and placed under Selected Workers. The remaining employees will be sorted alphabetically under Company Team Members. You can also search by first name, last name, employee ID, classification, or trade.
*You can select multiple employees for a single time card.
2. Add team member(s) to your time card by clicking the “+” button. The green check mark confirms they have been added.
3. You can also sign-up employees for Text-to-Sign by clicking the information button next to the Team Member’s name. Please click on the link for more information on how to set up team members for text-to-sign.
4. Click SAVE.
Cost Codes
1. You won’t be able to select cost codes until you have chosen a project. To select cost codes from your list, click Select Cost Code(s). The cost codes are sorted alphabetically. You can also search by cost code name or number.
*These are the cost codes you anticipate working on for the day.
2. Add cost code(s) to your time card by clicking the “+” button. The green check mark confirms they have been added.
3. Click SAVE.
Start/End Times
1. The default start and end date is the current date. To select the start and end time, click Start and End and scroll to the date and time you want.
2. Click SAVE.
Assign Time
Once you have added your project, employees, cost codes, and start/end times, click NEXT.
