I can’t add my credit/debit card, what do I do?

When you enter a new card in the app, the system makes a fictitious charge of €0 and we need to have your bank's approval to continue. If you don't manage to add the card, it could be for several reasons:

  • There has been a delay or an incident with the bank payment gateway. Usually, the transaction is accepted after just a few minutes:

  • Your card is set up to block charges from a new issuer. In this case, you should contact your bank to have it removed, or have the option to do it on your bank's app;

  • There is an authentication problem on the bank’s side. Since 3D secure system is very recent, some banks are still having problems with their systems.

Also, try adding the payment method WITHOUT having any Wifi connection activated and adding the card manually (not using the autocomplete suggested by the phone).

If the problem persists, contact your bank, and they will be able to offer you a solution. If you think the problem is due to our app, contact us through our chat and send us a video and/or screenshots of the error.
