When adding a card, a €0 verification transaction is triggered. If the registration fails, this may be due to:
- a timeout or temporary error in the payment gateway,
- your card being blocked for payments from a new issuer (to be unblocked from your banking app or by contacting your bank),
- 3D Secure authentication failing.
What should you do?
- Try adding the card using a 4G/5G connection rather than Wi-Fi.
- Enter your card details manually (without using auto-fill).
If this still doesn't work, contact your bank.
If the error seems to be coming from YEGO, contact us via chat and attach a screenshot or short video of the problem.
