Only moped available for booking are displayed on the app map.
If a moped does not appear, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The battery is low: the moped is temporarily unavailable and awaiting a battery replacement before being put back into service.
- The moped is already reserved by another user.
- Technical maintenance is in progress: our teams have temporarily removed the scooter from service for inspection or maintenance.
As soon as it is available again, it will automatically reappear on the map.
