In this case, we recommend paying with a different card. Here are the steps:
In the YEGO app, you will see a screen informing you that the payment has failed. Click "Add a payment method" at the bottom of the screen;
Add the card details and select "Add";
Your bank will send you a notification to authorise the charge. Follow the steps and authorise the charge. You will see a charge of €0 which is the authorisation to add the card;
Go back to the YEGO app, select the new card and press the "Pay" button as soon as it turns yellow.
