I have a pending charge and I can’t make the payment, what do I do?

In this case, we recommend paying with a different card. Here are the steps:

  • In the YEGO app, you will see a screen informing you that the payment has failed. Click "Add a payment method" at the bottom of the screen;

  • Add the card details and select "Add";

  • Your bank will send you a notification to authorise the charge. Follow the steps and authorise the charge. You will see a charge of €0 which is the authorisation to add the card;

  • Go back to the YEGO app, select the new card and press the "Pay" button as soon as it turns yellow.
