If you have paused your ride and moved more than 100 meters away from your scooter, you will no longer be able to resume it.
What happens in this situation?
The app will only allow you to finish the ride
You won’t be able to continue riding with the same scooter you have to be closer if you want to continue the ride.
This is a safety and operational rule:
Moving too far away may indicate the scooter is no longer under your control
