Grace Period Document Update Request
When a document update is requested, you are not blocked immediately. You benefit from a grace period to upload your documents without any disruption to your rides.
How it works:
You have a 2-week grace period during which you can continue booking and riding normally.
The countdown starts as soon as the document update request is triggered
A banner will be displayed at the top of the booking panel as a reminder
If a new document request is triggered, the grace period resets and the 2-week countdown starts over
After the grace period:
Once the 2 weeks expire, you are still allowed to complete up to 2 additional rides before your account is fully blocked.
After those 2 rides, no booking will be possible until your documents are uploaded and approved by our team.
How to update your documents:
Go to Settings → Documents or tap the "Update Documents" banner in the side menu to upload your documents directly from the app.
