🔴 No Circulation Zone A zone you must never enter while riding. Riding in this area may result in a fine. The app will prevent you from pausing or ending your ride until you leave the zone. A warning message will appear on your screen instructing you to exit immediately.
⚫ Non-Operational Zone (No-Go Zone) Displayed in black on the map, this zone marks the limit of our operational area. You cannot end your ride here, but you can pause it. Make sure to ride back into the operational zone before ending your trip.
🟢 Relocation Zone Displayed in green, this zone is located inside the operational area, usually in high-demand areas. If you end your ride inside a relocation zone, you get a discount depending of the city on your ride price. A great way to save!
🟠 Pit Zone (Barcelona only) Displayed in orange/yellow, pit zones are currently available in Barcelona only. Check the app for specific rules and locations desactivate
🟤 Tow Zone Displayed in dark orange, these zones have a high risk of being towed. You can still park here, but a warning will appear at the end of your ride to make sure you are properly parked.
🔴 No Parking Zone When a city activates this restriction, tow zones become No Parking Zones, displayed in red. You cannot pause or end your ride in these areas.
