The staff home page is designed to provide viewers with a way to review, monitor, and manage data related to their clients.
Organization Actions:
This homepage section provides top-level actions that enable staff to add new candidates and staff, share resources, and quickly create resources. Clicking on any tiles under Organization Actions will trigger the expected action. For example, clicking "Add Resource" will enable staff to select a resource type, enter information, and add the resource to the system at ease.
Here's where you left off:
This section provides immediate information regarding recently added clients, a list of clients assigned to your staff profile, and updates related to that client's activities.
Recently Added:
The recently added column lists all candidates added to your organization's portal over the last 60 days. On each card representing a client, you will note whether or not the client has been assigned to a staff member.
My Clients:
The information shared under my clients shows you information regarding your assigned clients, sorted by my recently active.
Updates:
Under Updates, you will see the most recent updates to all of your assigned clients, including what kind of update (Profile, Pathway, etc.) and what information has been updated. If no updates are provided, you'll see the most recently active assigned clients listed on each card.
