How to Send a Mass Message

RiseKit helps you communicate with various buckets of candidates and staff members to save you time.

1. Login to your RiseKit account at Staff Portal.

2. Navigate to the left-hand menu.

3. Click Chat > Mass Messages.

4. Click +Mass Message and select an audience.

  • On team: Send a message to an existing team of staff members in your organization.

  • In group: Send a message to an existing group of candidates under your organization.

  • On pathway: Send a message to candidates who are assigned to an existing pathway.

Writing a mass message is just like writing a standard email. Add a subject line and message to send to your selected audience. Once received, they may respond via email or text. Their response will not be seen by any other audience members.

6. Once you are satisfied with your message, click Send.
