How to Organize Your Participants

Organize your participants by to boost your work efficiency and compartmentalize your workflow.

Smart Groups

Starting at the Home screen, you can access Smart Groups inside any stage to narrow down the contained participants by barrier or referral source in order to send a mass messages, assign tags, or archive in bulk.

1. Click on a participant stage (ex. Barrier Reduction, New Signups, etc.).

2. Click on Smart Groups under the search bar to reveal a list and participant counts across the various barriers and referral sources.

3. Once you select a group you'd like to isolate, add a check to any/all the participants you'd like to include in an action. Doing this will bring up a series of options:

  • Add tags

  • Message

  • Archive

4. Follow the next steps associated with with the option you choose to complete the action and receive a confirmation message.

Please note: Applying filters through Smart Groups will only show you participants who belong to that group under that specific stage. To isolate groups across your entire participant list, you can do so inside the Participants page using tags and groups, as shown below.

1. Click Participants in the main menu and add checks next to all names that you'd like to apply action to.

2. Click Bulk Actions > User Profile.

5. A window will open and present various actions to take with the participants you've selected:
