How to Activate your New Community Partner Account
Why does it matter?
Unique Company credentials are associated with each nonprofit/community partner contact record. Once you have joined the RiseKit community, RiseKit will create a Staff Login and you will receive an activation email.
Navigation
1. Access your RiseKit Profile activation email
Don't forget to check your SPAM or Junk mail if you don't see this in your inbox. If RiseKit emails are going to SPAM or Junk, check out How to Add RiseKit to your organization's allow list (aka "white list")
Activate Your RiseKit Account Email
2. Click Activate your account to be taken to the Log In Page.
3. Confirm your details (Email, First Name, Last Name, and Employer Name). You will also select your password here.
Create Your Account
4. Once you've entered your password, select Sign Up and you will be taken to your profile where you can add participants, review resources, and communicate with employer partners and participants.
