Why does it matter?
RiseKit will send you various personalized reminders and recommendations once you complete onboarding. You may get email updates about participants assigned to you, new resources being offered through RiseKit, or a message about updates to your account. By adding RiseKit to your company's "allow list," it will ensure these important communications aren't lost in your spam/junk folders and you can stay up-to-date on what's happening with your participants.
