Teams Data:
Managers and Admin are now able to utilize Teams to review their team's engagement with candidates. While viewing the table in the Teams view, there is a new action called 'Date Range' which allows you to select from relative dates as well as enter a custom range.
Viewers have access to the following data points:
# of case notes created
# of chats sent to participants
# of training program placements
# of supportive services received
# of job placements
# of assigned participants
Head over and check it out! Simply login, navigate to Organization, click Teams, and select your team.
Future Focus: We plan to add additional visualizations and extend these data views to Candidate Groups so that staff can see their participants activities.
