Say Hello to Effortless Placement Tracking!

We’ve streamlined the process to make tracking client placements easier than ever. By selecting a specific "Note Type," you can quickly categorize and count job or training placements directly through case notes. No more unnecessary steps — just fast, efficient updates!

Creating placement notes in RiseKit is easy. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Select the Candidate Chat.

    • Begin by opening the candidate chat for the individual whose placement you wish to update.

  2. Click on “Notes”.

    • Navigate to the "Notes" section to begin creating your update.

  3. Choose the Type of Note.

    • You will see different note types available:

      • Case Note: Use for daily client interactions and general updates.

      • Placement Note: Use specifically when a client is placed in a training program or employment.

      • Intake Note: Use for notes related to a candidate's initial intake, which can be accessed by their assigned staff member.

    • Select "Placement Note" to update your candidate's placement status.

  4. Add a New Placement Note.

    • To create a new note, click on the "+ Placement Note" button.

  5. Fill Out the Placement Details.

    • Inside the note, select the type of placement: “Job” or “Training Program”.

    • Use the text box provided to write an update regarding the candidate's placement.

  6. Save the Note.

    • Click “Create Note” to save your entry. The placement will be automatically counted toward your overall metrics, reducing extra steps and saving valuable time!
