Accessing the Dashboard

To access the LivePHA Analytics (Beta) Dashboard, simply select the respective link from the Navigation panel.

Chart Breakdown

By default, all data will be shown on the Dashboard, with the exclusion of "Data Only" assigned projects.

If you want to further refine the data which drives this visual, simply select the data filter at the top of the page. For example if you want to compare a Baseline PHA to its recent Revalidation PHA, you can select them from the Project List Filter.

Residual Risk Ranking Distribution

The Residual Risk Ranking Distribution chart summarizes the Risk Ranking after Safeguards for all PHAs included in that dataset, normalized to 100% This is by default sorted by Risk Ranking Counts, so the datasets with the highest absolute number of the highest risk ranking will be seen first.

This summary can help a user understand which facility/unit/PHA has the highest amount of existing risk according to PHA risk rankings.

Top 2 Severity Distribution

The Top 2 Severity Distribution Chart summarizes the absolute counts of the most severe and second most severity Severities according to the Risk Matrix. This is by default sorted by Total Count, so the datasets with the highest sum of top 2 severities will be seen first.

This summary can help a user understand which facility/unit/PHA has the highest amount of severe potential consequences according to the PHA Severity assignments, and by design may have the highest exposure to severe scenarios.

Recommendation by Highest Residual Risk Ranking

Within each LivePHA Project, the Executive Summary showcases the highest risk ranking associated with each unique risk ranking. This graph summarizes that information included in the selected dataset. This is by default sorted by Recommendation Count by Ranking, so the datasets with the most recommendations on the highest risk ranking will be seen first.

This summary can help a user understand which facility/unit/PHA has the most recommendations on the highest risk ranking, which can help provide focus on which dataset requires the most support with recommendations.

Validations (Quality Flags)

The Validations Counts shows which datasets have the most Errors and Warnings in an absolute count.

This count can help guide users to understand which PHAs may need the most quality review based on the validation flags.

PHA Days

The Average PHA Days shows which datasets have the highest average PHA Days.

This count can help teams identify outliers in facility/unit/PHAs which are utilizing more than average PHA Days and understand if training in processes could help them be more efficient. Similarly for those who are notably below the average, depending on their PHA quality those sessions can either be a learning point for others or can be an area of improvements in terms of providing more session time to improve PHA quality.

Chart Functionality

Change Sorting

Each dashboard has its own unique sorting options. Select the filter icon to see the current sort applied and the other sort options.

Change Grouping

Each dashboard has the same options for grouping, accessible from the filter icon. You can group by Facility, Unit Type, or PHA. The grouping applied to one chart is appled to all charts.

Expand View

Select the triple lines to expand the graph.

Diving into Data

By default, the data is grouped by Facilities. If you are curious about a specific facilities data, simply hover over that facility name and select it. Once you select a specified facility, the data will be filtered for only that facility and the grouping will change to PHA Grouping.

Similarly, if you are on Unit Type grouping and want to dive into the data for a specified Unit Type, simply select the name of the Unit Type in question to see the relevant PHA Projects.

Exporting Dashboard Data

When a graph is expanded, select the triple lines to export the data either as an image, or as a CSV file.
