The purpose of this article is to provide advanced notice of updates to Risk Alive which will affect users of the platform. Some smaller features and minor bugs are not included in this advanced notice but will be included, along with all major features, in the System Update Log once the release is live.
Archive Feature
The Archive feature allows users with specific permissions to remove analytics reports and their associated data from their company Dashboard. Archived reports can be restored at any time by the same users. To archive report(s), simply check the box to the left of a report on the Dashboard and click the Archive button in the pop-out panel on the right of the page.
Archive reports can be viewed by toggling the control at the top of the Reports panel on the company Dashboard.
Two-Factor Authentication
This feature, also referred to as 2FA, provides an additional level of security when accessing the system. Some organization IT departments require this feature to comply with IT policies and Risk Alive Administrators within each client can choose to enable 2FA for any user account. Dashboard Pop-out
The Pop-out now contains buttons to access the Multi-PHA Safeguard Ranking and Recommendation Sequencer functions and also includes access to the Archive and Analytics Data View functions. If there is a Risk Matrix difference between the selected reports or if any modules for selected reports are not available, the appropriate message will appear at the bottom of the pop-out button.
