After a recent release, a few users have experienced an issue where LivePHA takes a very long time to load. The main symptom occurs when accessing an LivePHA project, and the page is stuck on the “Blue Loading Screen” with no other warnings or errors. If this is happening to you, stay on the tab which has your LivePHA loading screen and follow the below steps for a one-time resolution that should resolve this issue. Please note that you will have to re-login after this resolution.
