How to Access
From any LivePHA Project, simply select the "Executive Summary" Tab from the Navigation Panel (above the Documents tab).
Information Summarized
In the Executive Summary, you will find the below items:
Data Mining Toggle (Green Box):
This toggle allows you to convert between your typical Risk Ranking categories to "Data Mining" categories. "Data Mining" categories are universal categories that can group many rankings (e.g. A-1, A-2, A-3) into a single ranking (Very High) for simplification. This toggle may be beneficial if there are many risk rankings in a company's risk matrix. By default this toggle is turned off.
Risk Ranked Consequence Scenarios:
Total Number of Risk Ranked Consequence Scenarios (Blue Box)
Distribution of Risk Rankings for :
Inherent Risk Ranking (Before Safeguards)
Residual Risk Ranking (After Safeguards)
Future Risk Ranking (After Recommendations)
Action Items:
Total Number of Actions (Sum of Recommendations and Parking Lot Items)
Total Number of Recommendations broken down by the highest Residual Risk Ranking (After Safeguards) that is associated with the Recommendation.
