How do I enable 5G on my phones?

To connect to RocketBusiness ’s Mobile 5G network, please ensure that 5G is enabled on your phone’s settings.

What happens to my network when I am in an area that is not within RocketBusiness's 5G coverage?

Rest assured, you will continue to enjoy seamless 4G connectivity with no disruption to your mobile service.


Do I need a compatible device to get an eSIM?

You will need a compatible device to enjoy eSIM. Click here for a list of 5G eSIM supported devices.


Do note that 5G eSIM supported devices are different from 4G eSIM supported devices.


Do I need a compatible device to enjoy 5G?

You will need a compatible device to enjoy 5G speed. Click here for a list of 5G supported devices.

If you do not have a 5G supported device, you may still sign up for a 5G plan and enjoy the service at 4G speed.


Is there an option to choose Physical SIM or eSIM?

Yes, you can choose either Physical SIM or eSIM for your RocketBusiness mobile order.


Please note that there is a delivery fee associated with a physical SIM order.


I want to buy more than one line for my entire team. Is that possible?

Sure, you can buy multiple lines under your company UEN. Reach out to us to know more.


How do I activate my RocketBusiness eSIM?

How do I activate my 5G Physical SIM Card?

We will activate your Physical SIM Card from the backend once it has been delivered to you! No action is required from your end.


What type of Physical SIM card will I get for 5G services?

We will deliver a standard SIM to your doorstep. It is a 3-in-1 SIM which will allow you to switch between Nano SIM, Micro SIM and Standard SIM.

This SIM will need to be popped into your 5G compatible device to start your 5G service.


What are the payment methods available for my 5G plan?

We will automatically attempt to deduct payment from your registered credit or debit card on your due date.

Alternatively, you can make payments manually through our Mobile App, and the deduction will occur on your registered payment method.


What are your 5G Data Roaming Plans?
