What are Spaces?

Spaces are scoped work areas inside your app that group people, agents, flows, prompts, and knowledge into an organized, permissioned space. They help teams work independently without clutter or cross‑talk, while keeping governance and access clear.

  • Dedicated left menu per Space: only the settings, agents, and flows relevant to that Space

  • Access management: share specific workflows with specific people; keep others private

  • Consistent prompts and policies: align how your agents and flows behave within the Space

  • Clear ownership and visibility: people in the Space see relevant activity “at a glance.”

  • Forward‑looking flexibility: designed to accommodate future knowledge sharing and integrations as they evolve

How to Access Spaces

  • Navigate to the top left of the app and click Spaces.

  • Select an existing Space to enter it, or create a new one.
