Automatically Export P-Card & Petty Cash Envelopes to Probooks
Step 1: Setup & Linking to Probooks
Before getting started, we’ll need some information from you to properly link RollCredits to Probooks.
What We Need from You:
🔗 Instance URL – This is the unique web address you use to log in to Probooks. It follows this format:
https://{company_name}.sigmacloud.io
Once you provide your Instance URL, we’ll complete the setup on our end and notify you when it’s ready.
Step 2: Vendor Setup in Probooks
To successfully post envelopes to Probooks, vendors must be enabled for petty cash.
How to Enable Vendors:
✅ Set “Petty Cash” and “P-Card” to enabled in Probooks.
✅ Assign accounts to both petty cash and P-Card.
Once these settings are applied, you’ll be able to select the vendor in RollCredits when posting an envelope.
Step 3: Creating & Posting Envelopes
The process of posting envelopes to Probooks is similar to posting them in RollCredits without an integration. View our guide on creating P-Card envelopes here.
How to Create an Envelope with Probooks Integration:
Create an envelope as usual in RollCredits.
Select a Probooks-enabled vendor for the transactions.
The system will search for a Probooks vendor that matches the name you enter.
Only vendors that were enabled in Step 2 will be visible.
⚠ Important:
Once an envelope is synced with Probooks, you cannot remove transactions from it.
If adjustments are needed, please contact us at help@rollcredits.io.
Step 4: View Transactions in Probooks
Once the envelope is created, it will automatically appear in Probooks as petty cash transactions, including:
✔ Vendor details
✔ Transaction descriptions
✔ Line item coding
And that’s it! Your petty cash transactions are now seamlessly integrated with Probooks. 🚀
