Welcome to RollCredits! As a Card Holder with RollCredits, you have the ability to do the following:

  • Use P-Card: Make purchases on behalf of the Production using your RollCredits P-Card (Virtual and Physical cards)

  • Link Receipts: Upload photos and PDFs of a receipt to a transaction (uploads can be done via text, email, or directly from your computer)

  • Review Transactions: Code transactions to the budget, review charges and missing receipts

To get started with RollCredits, here are next steps and guides to help you along:

Login to RollCredits & Add Phone Number:

  1. https://app.rollcredits.io/settings (add phone number here)

  2. If you have previously used a phone number for RollCredits on another project, please email help@rollcredits.io

View your Virtual Card and add it to virtual wallets (Apple Pay & Google Wallet)

Your virtual cards are automatically ready to be used once they are created. Physical cards will need to be activated via a text code (see Step 3).

  1. Go to the Cards dashboard from the left menu

3. Click the eye icon in the bottom right corner of your card for card information (CVC, expiration date and card number). Text verification is required from the phone number listed

4. Click the clipboard icon at the end of your card number to easily copy and paste

5. Open the Google Wallet/Apple Pay app

6. Tap Add to Wallet (Google) or the plus sign (Apple)

7. Select enter card details manually and paste the card number.

8. Alternatively, if you have already received your physical card you can connect via a camera scan of the card or the automatic chip reader

9. Tap Save and continue.

View your shipping information for Physical Cards

After 24 hours of creating a new card and making the selection for a physical card, you will be able to see your tracking information via Fedex from the Cards dashboard.

Cards should arrive in 2-3 business days after the application is submitted. All physical cards will need to be activated with a text code to start making purchases.

Uploading Receipts

After making your first purchase, you'll receive a text message requesting a receipt upload. You have a few options to add receipts:

  1. Respond to the text message with a screenshot or JPEG of your receipt. This will automatically assign the receipt to the charge made.

  2. Upload receipts in bulk directly in the app

    a. Click on Transactions from the left menu

    b. Click on the P-Card tab and then select Upload and Match to drag and drop multiple files for upload. The system will still automatically pair your receipt to transactions based on amount, vendor and date.

3. Send us your receipts at the designated number or email for your project:

From the Transactions dashboard and P-card tab referenced above, you will find a custom email and number that you can easily copy (using the clipboard icon) to send over multiple PDF files via email or JPEGs/Screenshots via text.

Reviewing Transactions

After making purchases, review all your transactions from the P-card tab of the Transactions dashboard

a. Drag and drop columns for easier viewing or press export to sort externally

b. Filter by Vendor, Amount, Date, Card Holder, Status (Missing File vs Paid) and enter a value in the field below the column heading or by selecting the inverted triangle:

c. Assign charges to their correct budget code in the Category column by pressing the pencil icon to make changes. You can also copy and paste these codes for bulk-edits

d. Press the add option in the file column to quickly add missing receipts

e. Press the eye icon on the right end of each row to view charge details, split amounts and file disputes for fraud.
