How to Reset Your Password in RollCredits
If you've forgotten your password or need to set a new one, RollCredits provides a simple password reset process. This article will guide you through the steps to reset your password.
Step 1: Go to app.rollcredits.io
The first step to reset your password is to go to the RollCredits website at app.rollcredits.io on your desktop or mobile device. You will be presented with the login screen.
Step 2: Click on "Forgot password?"
In the "Login with password" section of the login screen, click on the "Forgot password?" link to proceed to the password reset page.
Step 3: Enter your email
On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your RollCredits account and click "Send OTP" to receive a one-time code.
After clicking "Send OTP", the system will send an email with a verification code and display the verification screen where you'll enter the code.
Step 4: Check for code in your mailbox and copy it
Check your email for a message from RollCredits containing a 6-digit verification code. The email should look similar to the screenshot below.
Step 5: Enter the code and click submit
Enter the 6-digit code from your email into the verification screen and click "Verify Code". The "Verify Code" button will be enabled once all 6 digits are entered.
If the code matches, you'll be redirected to the password reset screen. If not, you'll be returned to the login screen.
Step 6: Reset your password
On the password reset screen, enter your new password and confirm it by typing it again.
Step 7: Click "SAVE" and done
After entering and confirming your new password, click "SAVE" to complete the process. You'll be automatically logged in and directed to the main RollCredits dashboard.
Alternatively, you can click "Cancel and log out" to return to the login screen without changing your password.
