Roofr Job Cards consolidates job details and paperwork into a digital job record that let’s you store information, and track all activity on a job.

How to Create a Job
Manually:
From the Jobs section of your Roofr dashboard; click + New -> Job
Enter the Job Address and optional Job Name
💲From the Instant Estimator: When a lead comes in from the Instant Estimator, a new job record is created. Lead details are automatically captured in the job record.
🏠 From a Measurement Report: When a new measurement report is created, a corresponding job will be created in the 'New Lead' stage.
Roofr Job Card Sections
1) Job Details
Assign the job to the relevant person.
Update the stage of the job from the drop down.
Update the job source by either adding a new source, or choosing one of the sources in the drop down.
Add or update the job value (This can be edited at any time)
💡 The job values are linked to the instant estimator and proposals. This section will suggest values for you to add to the job based on either the instant estimate or proposal attached to the job.
Add any frequently referenced information (notes from the homeowner, special instructions, colour preferences etc)
Toggle on Insurance to add insurance details

Job Close Date - The date when a job reaches completion (ie: complete, lost). Used for performance dashboard and reporting calculations that use ‘job won’ date.
Manually set a future close date while the job is still active
System automatically updates to today's date when job moves to completion stage
Manually adjust to past date as needed to ensure data and recording accuracy for all your jobs
System clears this field if completed job is moved back to an active stage
2) Tasks
A Roofr job task is a checklist item that helps you track job progress by allowing you to add descriptions, assign responsibilities to team members, and set due dates. Learn more about managing job tasks HERE.
3) Calendar
View your Calendar or quickly add an event directly from a job card. With Roofr's calendar features you can manage important job events in the same place you manage the rest of your work. Learn how to link your Roofr Calendar with your Google Calendar HERE.
4) Measurements
View a summary of all of the measurements associated with the job at a glance. Click Order report or Create DIY to create new reports on the job. Click View to access the report PDF, and the ... Options menu for further information. Learn more about ordering Roofr reports HERE.
5) Proposals
View a list of the proposals associated with the job at a glance. Click to create a new proposal. Learn more about creating Roofr proposals HERE.
6) Material orders
View a list of the material orders associated with the job at a glance. Click to create a new order.
7) Work orders
View a list of the work orders associated with the job at a glance. Click to create a new order.
8) Invoices
View a list of the work orders associated with the job at a glance. Click to create a new order. Learn how to manage Roofr invoices HERE.
9) Job costing
View projected and actual costs on this job. Learn more about managing job costing HERE.
10) Attachments
Upload files or create a folder within a Job by clicking Upload attachments / +Folder.
💡Max file size is 20mb.
Relevant job attachments can include: contracts, warranty, customer information, photos, etc.
To download attachments FROM a job, check the box associated with the file or folder and click Download
Attachments will be emailed to the user as a zip file (up to 5GB). The link to download attachments will expire 7 days after it’s sent.
11) Instant Estimate
