As motorbikes and cars are treated as separate risk categories, the short answer is no.

Most insurers across the UK are unable to accept an NCD obtained from a motorbike policy on a car insurance policy (and vice versa).

While there are exceptions to the rule, and you may have been lucky enough to find an insurer elsewhere who allows this, I am afraid the insurers we work alongside cannot accept it.
