You can cancel your temporary cover at any time, just come on our Live Chat via the Rooster app, and we will discuss your options, however there are a couple of things to note:
If you cancel before inception you will receive a refund minus the admin fee of your policy.
If you cancel once the policy has already started, due to the costs associated with setting up and cancelling these policies there will not be a refund payable.
