Go to: "Roots > Blocking > Blocking Settings (top of the screen) > Disable Blocking Pauses" (under "Make Roots Bulletproof").
Note: There will be a 24-hour delay if you re-enable, as an impulse protection. Also, if you disable "Pauses", you will also stop earning new "Pauses". This means you won't accumulate any additional "Pauses" by maintaining your streak while this feature is disabled.
If you would like to permanently disable your pauses:
We are currently working on this feature. Please contact us by tapping the chat bubble below to submit your request in advance. Once the feature is ready, we’ll notify you as soon as your pauses have been permanently disabled.
NOTE: To help us locate your account quickly, please include the email address associated with your Roots profile in your message.
You can find your Roots email by going to: "Roots App > Profile > Account Settings (top of screen) > Your Name > Account Details > Email"
Important: If your Roots email is a private relay email (like the ones ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com), please also include an alternate email address where we can reach you directly.
