Go to: "Roots > Today (bottom tab) > Account settings (top left) > Disable Vacation Days" (under "Make Roots Bulletproof").
Note: There will be a 24-hour delay if you re-enable, as an impulse protection. Also, if you disable "Vacation Days", you will also stop earning new "Vacation Days". This means you won't accumulate any additional "Vacation Days" by maintaining your streak while this feature is disabled.
If you would like to permanently disable your vacation days:

You can find your Roots email by going to: "Roots > Today (bottom tab) > Account settings (top left) > Tap on Your Name > Account Details > Email"
Important: If your Roots email is a private relay email (like the ones ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com), please also include an alternate email address where we can reach you directly.
