How to reset your premium subscription if it's showing as a free account

If you have paid for a Roots subscription but your account is still showing "Roots Free", it likely means the subscription status with Apple got out of sync. Luckily it's an easy fix!

Here are the steps to resync the premium access:

  1. Tap on "settings" from the "Profile" tab

  2. Tap on "Roots Subscription"

  3. Go to the bottom of the paywall and tap "view all plans"

  4. Tap "restore purchases" at the bottom

  5. This should fix things!
