When limit is reached
When 5 min of limit remains
When 50 per cent of limit remains
Downtime
When downtime starts
When downtime ends
Screen Time alerts: Hourly updates on your usage
Weekly reports: Get notified when your weekly report is ready
Marketing: Get notified about new features and special offers
Block Now: When your manual blocks end
Troubleshoot notifications:
If you are not receiving notifications, please check the following:
Do you have "Push Notifications" enabled for Roots on your phone?
Go to "iOS Settings > Notifications"
Find Roots
Be sure permissions are turned on (Screenshot below)
Do you have "Notifications" enabled for your Roots account
Go to "Roots > Profile > Account Settings (top of the screen) > Notifications"
Toggle on notifications for "Time Limit" and "Downtime" (Screenshot below)
