When you are 5 minutes from reaching your limit
When you reach your limit
"App Downtime":
When your downtime starts
When your downtime ends
"On-Demand Blocking":
When your downtime ends
Troubleshoot notifications:
If you are not receiving notifications, please check the following:
Do you have "Push Notifications" enabled for Roots on your phone?
Go to "iOS Settings > Notifications"
Find Roots
Be sure permissions are turned on
Do you have "Notifications" enabled for your Roots account
Go to "Roots > Profile > Settings > Notifications"
Toggle on notifications for app limits and downtimes
