App Groups allow you to save selected apps and websites and re-use them for limits, downtime, and on-demand blocking. This keeps you from having to re-select the apps for each type of blocking you set up.
To set up App Groups:
Go to "Profile"
Tap the icon for "Settings" on the top right
Go to "App Groups"
