"Vacation days" allow you to temporarily disable or snooze all app blocking for a day without losing your streak and without deleting or editing your existing blocking.

You earn one "Vacation day" for every 14 days of "Streaks". Keep your "Streak" going by staying within your blocks, and your "Vacation days" will add up.

If you are on a free trial or premium subscription

If you change your mind, tap "Resume blocking" to end it early and turn your blocking back on.

Note: A "Vacation day" won't unblock apps that are part of an active "Challenge." To unblock them, you'll need to manually end the "Challenge". Manually ending a "Challenge" will cause you to lose it.

A "Vacation day" runs until the end of the calendar day - it ends at midnight rather than lasting a full 24 hours from when you start it. So if you start one at 9 AM, you'll have it for the rest of that day. If you start one at 11:30 PM, it'll end 30 minutes later.

Heading away for a few days? You can use several "Vacation days" in a row - just start a new one each day.

Tap your "Streak" at the top of the "Today" tab. You'll see how many "Vacation days" you have and how many days until you earn the next one. You can also see your count in ""Roots > Today (bottom tab) > Account settings (top left) > Vacation days (Under Blocking)".
