How do I lose my "Streak"? Can unblocking an app break my "Streak"?

If you unblock apps after you've reached your time limit, or set number of unblocks, you will lose your "Streak".

To help maintain your "Streak", Roots offers features like "Monk Mode", which enforces strict app limits that cannot be bypassed, ensuring you adhere to your screen time goals.

Does "Daily Intentions" have an impact on my "Streak"?

Completing or not completing your "Daily Intentions" does not affect your "Streak".
