The goal of "App Uninstall Protection" is to prevent impulsive decisions that could undermine your screen time goals.

During "Monk Mode", you won’t be able to uninstall Roots (or any other apps), ensuring that restrictions stay in place without an easy way to bypass them.

During "Monk Mode", you also won't be able to turn this off.

We designed this feature to add an extra layer of commitment, making it harder to remove limits in moments of temptation.
