I wasn’t notified about my free trial ending and was charged—can I get a refund?

Apologies for that—It seems the notification didn’t come through, possibly due to push notification settings.

We're happy to issue a full refund.

To request a refund: Please email us at hello@getroots.app with the following details:

  • Your Roots-associated email ID

  • Your PayPal/Venmo ID (Unfortunately, we can’t process refunds directly through the App Store.)

  • Screenshot of the amount you were charged

To find your Roots-associated email ID, go to: Roots App > Profile > Settings > Edit Account > Email.
