Your screen time history
Go to "Roots > Stats". Here you'll find:
Your screen time chart, with your daily average and your "Before Roots" line
Week navigation, plus daily, weekly, and monthly views
Your "Weekly reports" card
Your lifetime progress ("Your screen time is down N% since joining")
Detailed weekly breakdown
Tap "See all stats" on the "Stats" tab to open the "Activity" screen. It has tabs for "Screen Time", "Phone Pickups", "Notifications", and "Blocking".
Looking for a specific day?
On the "Today" tab, tap the calendar icon (top right) and pick a day. Daily history covers the past 30 days.
