This update is part of our effort to make things simpler, more intuitive, and easier to find. While the core functionality remains the same — letting you temporarily unblock apps and websites without breaking your progress — we believe the term “Pauses” better reflects the intent. It gives a more positive, flexible feel.
You can use "Pauses" when you're on vacation, at an appointment, or navigating last-minute plans.
